Mature Frame Libraries

Netron Fusion's reuse approach is based on frames — open, malleable objects that have evolved over 15 years of deployment and have tackled many popular programming styles and architectures. They contain Cobol code and the Netron commands that allow for the manipulation and customization of individual sections of code.

Flexible Application Frameworks

Netron Fusion provides frameworks -- or application templates -- for producing a wide range of applications, including mainframe online transactions, batch and reporting programs, and multi-user client/server data maintenance programs.

Frameworks dramatically compress the time it takes to deliver systems by providing pre-built, pre-tested source components that are assembled into a fully functional application. These components allow organizations to define and incorporate standards such as application structure; window, report, or screen layouts; data access logic; and communication protocols. And they're fully extensible and adaptable.
